Policies
Orders
All of our products are "custom" and made by hand. All orders that are not cancelled within 24 hours, will be processed and payment will be expected.
Shipping
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
Due to the creative nature of our products, we will not accept returns. These items are custom made and cannot be restocked or resold. If a product has been damaged or lost during shipment, a store credit may be offered.
